1. Remainder of fee due by
Sept. 1 of same hunting year your permit is for.
2. Release waiver must be
signed before hunting. (Get
the release waiver here)
3. Safety harness must be
worn in the stand if you do not have one it will be
furnished for you.
4. License must be signed
by holder recorded with outfitter and on your person at
all times while you are hunting.
5. Hunters will stay in
there stands at all times during hunting times and will
come out of woods by a designated route determined by
outfitter.
6. If a deer is shot the
hunter may not track it on there own unless they see it
fall and stay there for 30 minutes. This rule is in
effect for both hunter and outfitters benefit.
7. At no time will any
hunter go over fences or across boundaries or other
property line borders.
8. The hunters will pay
all processing fees for there meat.
9. Bow or gun must be in
a case (preferably a soft case) for transportation to
and from hunting location.
10. Hunters must report
all shots whether a hit or miss. You may only shoot one
animal per permit. If a wounded animal can not be
recovered, you may not shoot another so choose your
shots wisely.
11. Hunters must be
completely ready for there daily hunt at a predetermined
time set by outfitter so it does not interfere with the
departure time of the guide's group, and to insure
everyone gets in there stands at the proper time. (we prefer
that you hunt all day to increase your odds) We do have
some places that you have to hunt all day.
12. These rules are in
place and are to be obeyed by all parties. If they are
not, it could result in termination of hunt.
